Phoenix Salon & Spa’s Cancellation Policy and Helpful Hints
SALON & SPA RESERVATIONS
We strongly suggest making reservations at least two weeks in advance, especially for group parties. Credit card guarantee is required.
CANCELLATIONS
A credit card is required for all appointments at the Phoenix. If an appointment is not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice or in the case of a "no show," the credit card will be charged for the full amount of the service(s). In the case of cancellation for a true emergency (with less than 24 hours notice), and at the discretion of the management, a notation may be made in the client's profile, and the client will be given a 3 month credit to book the same service with the same service professional as originally scheduled. The Phoenix respects its employees and their time, and hopes that our clients will do so as well by providing proper notification should they be required to cancel a scheduled appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment or service time. This will allow you time to check in, change, begin the relaxation process, or consult with your stylist. A spa robe and slippers will be made available to you for use in the spa facilities. Arriving late will deprive you of your valuable treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
UNDERAGE GUESTS
The Spa at the Phoenix is designed for the enjoyment of our adult guests. Children under the age of 18 are too young to enjoy our spa services. To receive any body or chemical hair treatment, guests must be 18 years and older.
ADVANCE NOTICE
Please let your service provider know in advance of any special conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments, skin or scalp conditions, or any other condition that may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage, skin care, or chemical hair treatments.
